Tracy has been the face of Connect Benefit and as Connect Benefit continues to grow, so does the team. Tracy is still very actively involved in operations but now with the right team, structure, and partners Tracy is primarily focused on business growth/development and education.

Lori joined Connect Benefit in 2021 with an impressive HR/Benefits and Administrative background. Lori’s commitment to our client’s experience has been invaluable to Connect Benefit and our clients. As a member of the Leadership Team, Lori’s focus is in client relations, client experience, member satisfaction and new client onboarding.

Adriann joined Connect Benefit in 2024 bringing an expertise in HR and benefits with her. Adriann has helped expand the national footprint of our services and her attention to detail makes her a great asset to the Leadership Team.

Kristi joined Connect Benefit in 2023 bring a long work history in customer service and benefits. Kristi’s knowledge of benefits, plan documents and willingness to help makes her a vital member of the Leadership Team.
